A very special THANK YOU to Janet Keo Conklin for her Sponsorship and Support for our film festival!

Janet Keo Conklin is a Realtor and the Manager of Technology, Social Media, and Recruiting at Re/Max College Park. She
is happily married with two wonderful children. In 1975, as a young child, she immigrated to the US as a refugee with her
parents and 3 siblings. Growing up in Long Beach, she is a proud graduate of Jordan High School and University of
California Irvine.

For over 20 years, she has been a Realtor serving LA County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire. Additionally, she has 
the distinct honor of achieving Re/Max’s 100% club and consistently being among the Top 20 Producers. Throughout her
life, she has constantly strived for excellence, which allowed her to earn two special designations: SRES, (Senior Real Estate
Specialist) and SSFS (Short Sale & Foreclosure Specialist). She is currently earning her Brokers license while managing,
mentoring, and recruiting new agents.

Last and most importantly, she is an ardent believer in giving back to the community and teaching her children the value
of generosity, kindness, and helping others. Through her volunteer work and philanthropic involvement with charities such
as CHPAA (Cambodian Health Professionals Association of America), CARE Closet LBC, YMCA, KWANIS Club, Long Beach
City Community Clean up, and grassroots organizations like UKAC (United Khmer American Coalition), she strives to make
a positive impact in other people’s lives.

Janet is a Wife, Mom, Fitness Fanatic, and Community Advocate. She is a Boss Lady who loves life, lives to her fullest potential,
dreams B I G, and goes after what she wants! Her motto is “Shoot for the stars, if you fall short you will still be out of this world”.
